Here is this year's TravelTech Show floorplan so you can start planning your time at the show. It will update automatically meaning you'll always have access to the most up to date layout.

An interactive map will also be available on the TravelTech Show app.

With the return to live events we have worked hard to implement a number of changes to help visitors and exhibitors navigate the show, plus visit our co-located shows.

Easier to find exhibitors

  • Floorplan numbering has been simplified so that no matter where you are in the show, it will be easier to know where you are and get to where you want to be.
  • Stand numbers will start from A-Z and correspond with the aisle they can be located at. Overhead A-Z banners will denote aisles.
  • For designed stands where it has traditionally been harder to see a stand number, the stand number will be displayed on floor tiles on the open sides.
  • Ask at the manned Info Points, situated at the entrance to the shows – we’re always happy to point the way or take you to your destination.

Planning your visit and getting around at the show

  • The show app, Swapcard, will have a floorplan built in to help navigate whilst at the show.
  • There will be no printed floorplans as part of our sustainability promise. Instead, attendees will be encouraged to download the show app. This will show all 3 events together.

How to know where you are within the 3 co-located shows
(TravelTech Show, The Meetings Show and Business Travel Show Europe)

  • Carpet colour will help to distinguish which show you are in:
    • TTS – Blue/teal
    • Business Travel Tech Zone – orange (this zone sits between the Business Travel Show Europe and TTS)
    • Business Travel Show Europe – black
    • The Meetings Show – navy
       
  • Shell scheme stand fascia colours will match each show:
    • TTS – Blue/teal
    • Business Travel Tech Zone – orange (this zone sits between the Business Travel Show Europe and TTS)
    • Business Travel Show Europe – pink and black
    • The Meetings Show – navy
       
  • As you reach the crossover points in a show, floor tiles will tell you which show you will be entering.
