Corporate travel managers, meeting planners and procurement/ sourcing professionals who are responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings programme should register for Business Travel Show Europe for free.

Terms and Conditions
1. The closing date for the prize draw is Thursday 23rd June at 23:59.
2. The prize is one £250 Flightgift voucher. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
3. The draw will take place on Monday 11 July and the winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw.
4. The prize draw is open to any UK or European resident aged 18 years and over.
5. Employees of Northstar Travel Media Ltd, its subsidiaries, and any other companies connected with this draw, along with their families and members of their households, are not eligible to enter.
6. Entries will be limited to one per individual.
7. Registered attendees must attend TravelTech Show for at least one day to take part in the prize draw.
8. Buyers who do not attend either day of the event will be disqualified from the prize draw.
9. If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the organisers, then the organisers will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they think fit, without any liability to the prize winner.
10. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for delivery.
11. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The cancellation of the prize draw at any point is entirely at the discretion of the organisers.
13. Northstar Travel Media Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Northstar Travel Media Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
