Our virtual event platform Swapcard offers you the opportunity to showcase your products and expertise to prospects and existing customers at the show through the event app and online. 

Swapcard is a user friendly and efficient platform, ensuring you are well supported throughout the event to ensure your exhibitor journey runs as smoothly as possible. 

Swapcard will be where you can text and video chat with buyers, arrange meetings with VIPs and watch the online conference content. 

All the stand staff that have been registered via the e-zone will get a login email from Swapcard on Wednesday 1 June.

Is there an app version available?

TravelTech Show app will be launched closer to the show. All exhibitors will receive an email with download links when the app is available for download.

What are the appointment time slots, and how long is each appointment?

The appointment slots are on 29 June between 09.50 and 17.30 and on 30 June between 9.50 and 16.50. Each appointment slot is 20 mins long.

Can a meeting location be changed?

No, appointments can only be arranged by VIPs to take place on an exhibitor stand.

How to filter the attendee list?

Under the “Attendee" tab, you’ll see all the visible attendees that are on Swapcard. On the left-hand side, you will be able to filter the list by badge type, product and services interested in and primary activity.

How do I make a connection and arrange a meeting?

This is a VIP-led system; VIPs have the power to make appointments with the exhibitors. Once you have identified a VIP you would like to meet, click on their profile to see their information and send them a connection request. If the VIP accepts, you can chat with them and arrange a meeting that the VIP then books. The VIP can either make an appointment with you directly or via your exhibitor listing. Both ways feed into the diary for your stand. Meetings made via the exhibitor listing will need to be allocated to a staff member.

How many diaries does my stand have, and how do I add more?

Each stand is set up, as standard, to take three in-person appointments. You can add more diaries by contacting vsantos@ntmllc.com.

Remember: All your stand staff must be registered via the ezone. Ensure your team gets access to Swapcard on 1 June; make sure you register them by 5pm BST on 31 May.

Once your team have been added to Swapcard, the stand manager will also need to add them to the stand. Simply click on your stand, select "Your Team", and press the "ADD A MEMBER" button on the right-hand side of the screen. You'll need to enter the same email address used to register them via the ezone. It can take up to an hour for registrations to appear in Swapcard.
