Before we open the doors to TravelTech Show on 28 June there are some important things you'll find useful to know before you join us...

Please alight at Custom House – the West Entrance of ExCeL is nearest to TravelTech Show. 

On Thursday 29 June at the East Entrance of ExCeL (Prince Regent side) use the dedicated Northstar queuing lane. Look for venue staff with branded lollipop signs to be escorted to the show, bypassing other event attendees. Please allow extra time for your journey to and from the show if using this route.

What is TravelTech Show and who is it for?

 

TravelTech Show is the leading global event for senior commercial, digital and marketing decision-makers in the travel industry.


Do you have an admission policy?

TravelTech Show is a free-to-attend trade event for travel technology specialists involved in or responsible for the technology within their travel business and consultants who help travel businesses select technology solutions. Non-sponsoring technology supplier, including consultants will need to buy a pass to attend the show.

Visitors who pre-register and/or attend in-person should be involved in or have a job role specific to the travel industry.

This is a trade-only event; persons under the age of 18 will not be admitted into the show.

By attending, visitors agree not to participate in any canvassing, leafleting or digital promotion. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the show,

Visitors agreeing to have their badge scanned by exhibitors or in conference sessions agree to receive communications from these exhibitors.

Official show photographers and film crew will be taking photographs and video. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such show material, which may include photographs and video of visitors and exhibitors, for the promotion of future events.

Industry press will be issued with a press badge once vetted. The Organisers reserve the right to determine who is issued with a press badge. The Organisers also reserve the right to refuse admission, exclude or remove anyone from TravelTech Show.

How do I register for the show?


How will I receive my entry badge?

Your entry badge will be sent by email. If you haven’t received this one week before the show, let us know by emailing hellomarketing@ntmllc.com and we will resend it to you.

It is important you print your badge and bring it with you to the event to avoid crowds forming in the registration area.

Visitors would have been sent logins for the event platform Swapcard on 15 May. If you haven’t received your login contact us by emailing hellomarketing@ntmllc.com and we will resend it to you.


Do you have a cloakroom?

There are two cloakrooms available for use at ExCeL London. One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0.

The fee is £1 per item for coats and luggage - please be aware ExCeL London cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.

Getting to the show

Elizabeth Line

The Elizabeth line will make it easier, faster and more convenient to visit ExCeL.

  • A choice of 12 trains an hour, each with a capacity of 1,500 people. Check routes for all or part of your journey on the Citymapper app.
     
  • Faster journey times across London so you can spend more time at the event, staying for that extra networking or learning opportunity.
     
  • State-of-the-art trains with Wi-Fi and air conditioning so you can travel in style and comfort.
     
  • Easy access to more hotels, restaurants and bars, as well as London's world-renowned theatre and shopping hotspots.
     
  • Direct links for national travel: Farringdon (for Thameslink services), Paddington (for Reading, Oxford, and the South West) and Liverpool Street (for Stanstead and the east of England).
     
  • Better connections for international visitors, including a 43-minute direct connection from Heathrow to ExCeL.

London Underground

The Jubilee Line and the DLR are the quickest routes on the London Underground to ExCeL London. 

Alight at Canning Town on the Jubilee Line and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train for the quick two-stop journey to ExCeL: Custom House for ExCeL (for the west entrance) or Prince Regent for ExCeL (for the east entrance or the ICC London).

London Overground

The DLR and Jubilee Line can be connected from multiple Overground lines such as Stratford, Canada Water, and Shadwell. It’s also possible to join the Overground and travel to ExCeL London from Euston station. 

DLR

Custom House and Prince Regent, are on the ExCeL London campus.  leaving you with less than a two minute’s walk to the entrance.

Alight at Custom House for the west entrance and Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICC London.

All DLR services towards Beckton/Gallions Reach will stop at Custom House and Prince Regent.

Driving To ExCeL London

If you’re arriving via the M11, the North Circular (A406) or the A13, as you get closer to ExCeL you’ll pick up signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL London.

If using a Sat Nav please enter the postcodes below.

E16 1XL - If you are travelling from the west to ExCeL from Blackwall Tunnel, Limehouse Link, A12 or central London. 

E16 1FR - If you are travelling from the east to ExCeL from the M11, A13 or into London from the east.

E16 1AL - If you are using the Royal Victoria Car Park (MSCP) — approximately a 5-minute walk from the venue.

Parking costs £20 for up to 24 hours and the car park is located directly beneath the venue. 


River and Cable Car

Travelling By Boat

When travelling to ExCeL London, alight at the all-new Royal Wharf Pier.  It takes just over 20 minutes to walk through Britannia Village and over the Royal Victoria dock footbridge to ExCeL’s west entrance.

Emirates Airline Cable Car

All exhibitors and visitors to shows at ExCeL can use the cable car for just £2.50 single fare - to redeem this exclusive discount, all you need to do is show a confirmation email/ticket etc - something that indicates that you are attending an ExCeL event - to the staff at the Emirates Airline terminals.

Journey Time - A cabin arrives every 30 seconds and flights last approximately 10 minutes (except during peak commuter times when it runs a bit quicker).

Food and drink

ExCeL London offers its visitors over 20 on-site food and drink options selling a wide variety of cuisines and drinks etc. (please note that ExCeL is a cash-free venue and all eateries are card only).

We have an onsite café at this year's show, giving you the opportunity to catch up with old colleagues and new connections as you take a break from the busy show floor.

If you prefer to, you can of course bring your own lunch with you to eat on site.

You can bring water bottles and there will be water fountains around the venue where you can refill. All the catering outlets will fill up any reusable water bottles with tap water free of charge and we encourage you to bring a reusable coffee cup as well.

FAQ's

Will there be WiFi?

ExCeL London has free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi' using standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.


How many suppliers are there at this years show?

Over 70 suppliers will be exhibiting at this year's TravelTech Show.


Who is speaking at this years show?

This year's speaker list will soon be available to view.

As a business trade-only event, under 18s are not permitted into the show.


Are there cash machines at ExCel?

There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.

Will there be a showguide?

We will not be providing a show guide at the event, there will be fold out maps available to view the floor plan and exhibitor list.
