Any exhibitor or contractor entering the hall during the build-up and/or breakdown period will be asked to acknowledge our Site Rules, sign-in on entry, and will be issued with a wrist-band for the day. Security staff will ask for your stand number and name before sign-in is allowed. In addition, anyone accessing the hall during build-up or breakdown will need to provide their full name, contact details and the time and date of their arrival as part of the track and trace system.
If your stand staff remain onsite for the breakdown period, please ensure they have suitable footwear for the breakdown period when there will be a lot of movement and activity in the hall.
Pedestrian access during the build up and breakdown of the show will be via Contractor Entrances 1, 3 & 5 and the Lorry Way. During the show open times, you can access the hall through the main entrance.
Vehicular access to the loading bays around the halls is managed by venue traffic marshals. Please see the Traffic Marshalling Guide for details on how to access the loading bays.
The time allowed for delivery will depend on your vehicle size.
On the show open days, deliveries via the loading bays will be permitted between 08.00 and 09.00.
We advise that you do not send any packages directly to the venue or your stand. To ensure safe management of your goods and that they reach you as expected please contact our logistics partner ILS who can accept delivery of your packages before the show at their offices or at the show on your behalf. Please see the ILS Order Form for further details or contact the team online using the password: BTS22
If you insist on sending a courier to the venue with your goods please ensure that you are there to receive these goods and that the courier has a mobile contact number for who will be on the stand. Neither the Organiser nor the Venue will take responsibility for goods delivered to an unmanned stand.
If you are not going to be present to accept your delivery please contact ILS to accept this on your behalf.
Please be aware that any packages sent to the venue before the first day of build will not be accepted.
Exhibitor passes are valid for stand staff for the show open period. To avoid delays on the day, ensure you organise these in advance. Security personnel will check your exhibitor pass each time you enter the hall during the show open days.
Exhibitor badge registration is now open in the main Ezone checklist.
