Group Service Operations Manager, Edwardian Hotels London
Alice is the Group Service Operations Manager for Edwardian Hotels London. Her role includes overseeing front of house operations as well as the contact centre who handle the reservations and guest experience for the group. Alice has spent the majority of her career with Edwardian Hotels, joining the company shortly after graduating from Aberystwyth University. She started as a Guest Service Coordinator at our Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex Hotel and from there she has enjoyed several roles including Guest Relations Manager at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel and Training Manger in our central reservations office. In her current role Alice works very closely with our IT team as well as commercial division to align operations with the commercial strategy, utilising technology to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience. Over the years Edwardian Hotels have invested heavily in the use of technology in order to improve service delivery. Alice has played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Enghouse Communications Centre as well as Salesforce Service Cloud as part of the company’s digital transformation.
