Andrew holds the position of Strategic Director at The Business Travel Association and is responsible for shaping the structure and evolving the service value offering to its members & partners.

Andrew’s role requires him to have a close understanding of the vast business travel landscape as well as the modern traveller and buyer requirements.

Whilst maintaining a constant eye on industry trends, Andrew also drives wider travel initiatives focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability, Wellbeing and People Talent

During his thirty‐year career in the industry, Andrew has held multiple global roles within the industry, most recently at Egencia, covering several senior Sales and Operational roles, as well as General Manager for the UK.

Prior to Egencia Andrew worked at CWT and was responsible for several key service centres and led the introduction of online support.
