Simone started her travel career at Crystal Holidays, in various sales, product and commercial roles over 8 years, looking after ski, lakes & mountains & villa holidays for the Crystal and Thomson brands.  She joined Iglu 19 years ago as marketing director and was Managing Director for 8 years. During this period, Iglu evolved from being an online ski agency, when Iglu cruise was launched, and is now the largest cruise agency in the UK and also sells cruises in Europe.  Simone has now moved away from day to day operations, and in her current role focusses on working closely with cruise line partners and suppliers internationally.
