Go to 'Exhibitor badges' on the left to ensure your staff have registered. All your stand staff must register by 17:00 on 21 May to ensure your team gets access to ExpoPlatform on 22 May.

Our event app and diary platform allow you to arrange meetings with buyers and showcase your products and expertise to prospects and existing customers at the show.

Stand diary FAQ's

When will I get access to the diary platform?

All the stand staff that have been registered via the e-zone will get a login email from the platform on Wednesday, 22 May. 

Is there an app version available?

TravelTech Show app will be launched closer to the show. All exhibitors will receive an email with download links when the app is available for download.

What are the appointment time slots, and how long is each appointment?

The appointment slots are on 19 June between 09.50 and 17.30 and on 20 June between 9.50 and 16.50. Each appointment slot is 20 mins long.

Can a meeting location be changed?

No, appointments can only be arranged to take place on the exhibitor's stand

How do I arrange a meeting?

You can request appointments with all visitors at the show. From the "Attendee List" in ExpoPlatform, find a visitor you want to meet with, click on the diary icon, choose a day and time that is available, and click submit. The visitor can then review the appointment and approve or decline it.

How many diaries does my stand have, and how do I add more?

Each stand is standardly set up to take three in-person appointments at once. You can manage your diaries by contacting nsayeed@ntmllc.com
