Build-Up
Initial power connections to stands are made as soon as possible.
If your stand contractor requires power at the start of build-up a temporary supply has to been ordered from the official electrics contractor here until your full electrics connection can be made.
Monday 17th June 2024
08.00 - 20.00 – SPACE ONLY stand access
20.00 - Build up ends for the day - all contractors and exhibitors must leave the halls.
LATE WORKING - This can be discussed on the day with operations team. It is also dependent upon the Health & Safety and venue security teams.
VEHICLE ACCESS - All vehicles need to book in via the Voyage Control system prior to arriving on site, please see Traffic Control for all details
Tuesday 18th June 2024
08.00 – SPACE ONLY stand access
14.00 – Aisle carpet will be laid. No items must be left in the gangways/aisles.
20.00 – Build Up Ends - all contractors and exhibitors must leave the halls.

Show Open Days
Wednesday 19th June 2024
08.00 – Exhibitor & Contractors Access (all contractors must leave by 09.00) - Contractor vehicles must be booked in using the same system buildup and breakdown.
09.00 - Hosted Buyer Access
09.30 – Visitors Access to Halls
17.30 – Show Closes. All exhibitors and visitors MUST have vacated the halls by 18.00 (Unless there are pre-arranged events)
18.00 – Power is switched off in the halls. If you require 24 hours power on your stand this must be booked with the official electrics contractor here.
Thursday 20th June 2024
