Andrew McGuiness

Andrew is the CEO and Founder of Layered Reality, the UK’s leading immersive entertainment company.  He is also Chairman of PE backed architectural visualisation business, The Boundary.  

Having attained his first CEO role aged 32 Andrew’s career has seen him work across the UK, US, India and Australia .  He has scaled and exited a number of businesses in the creative industries and the advertising business he co-founded grew to be a Top 5 independent agency prior to its sale the South Korean business, Cheil.  In 2016 he completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.  In addition to his ‘day’ jobs he has chaired an industry body for 3 years, been appointed Non Exec Director of both public and private businesses and overseen the advertising in two general elections
