Alexandra Goga
With over 13 years of experience in the aviation industry, Alexandra has cultivated a professional career in digital transformation.
In 2016, Alexandra joined Swiss International Airlines within the newly established Distribution organization. During her tenure, she has held various roles, including implementing the Lufthansa Group NOC API with distribution partners and leading projects and programs focused on the corporate segment.
Since April 2024, she co-leads the Distribution Application & Tech Provider Management team, where the focus is on strategically managing the Lufthansa Group's portfolio of certified travel technology providers. She is dedicated to fostering strategic partnerships and improving Lufthansa Group's technological capabilities in retailing. Alexandra is based in Zurich.
Alexandra's career progression includes roles as Program Lead SME Platform (2022-2024) implementing Lufthansa Group's Corporate Digital Programs and Distribution Application Manager (2016-2022) overseeing IATA's NOC program implementation, preceded by positions at Kuehne+Nagel as IT Systems Project Manager (2014-2016) and Airfreight Processes & Systems Trainee (2012-2014), following her initial experience as a Training Program Coordinator at Lufthansa Group (2011-2012) and internships with Airbus Group in marketing, training quality, and flight operations in Hamburg and Toulouse.
Alexandra holds a Master's degree in International Management from Toulouse School of Management. Additionally, she earned a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online (2022-2024).
