Andrea Lamperini is Chief Operating Officer at WeRoad, where he leads global operations, commercial strategy, and product development. Since joining in 2019, he has helped scale WeRoad from a fast-growing Italian startup into an international travel brand, launching new markets in Spain, the UK, France, and Germany. He also leads the growth of WeRoad.com, the company’s global platform that brings together travellers from around the world for English-speaking group adventures. 
 
Andrea joined WeRoad as Head of Business Growth and went on to serve as Chief Commercial Officer from 2021 to 2024 before stepping into his current role. His leadership has been central to shaping WeRoad’s community-driven model, which connects millennials and Gen Z through shared travel experiences designed to foster meaningful connections. 
 
Before WeRoad, Andrea held senior roles at Westwing the leading international e-commerce company for home and living products, including Country Manager for WestwingNow Italy, which he launched and scaled to a €10M annual run rate in under two years. 
 
Based in Milan, Andrea is passionate about travel, innovation, and building communities. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Politecnico di Milano.
