Andrew Jordan
Andrew Jordan is Chief Technology Officer at Travelport, the global travel technology company, where he is accountable for engineering, product architecture, and the technology organisation driving the company’s modernisation agenda. Since joining in 2025, he has applied more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation and large-scale platform leadership to one of the travel industry’s most ambitious infrastructure programmes.
Before joining Travelport, Andrew served as Chief Technology Officer at Element Materials Technology, where he was responsible for driving the company's technology, innovation, and cyber strategies. Prior to that, he was Chief Product and Technology Officer at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where he led the successful transformation of the $27 billion travel management company into a modern, digital-first platform business.
Andrew's career spans a broad range of sectors and organisations. He has held senior technology leadership roles at NEP Group, NBC Universal, and Thomson Reuters, and was co-founder and CTO of Beyond Analysis, a software solutions and data science business. He also served as CIO of dunnhumby, the former data science division of Tesco. His experience across private equity-backed and publicly listed companies, and across businesses of varying scale, positions him well to lead Travelport's technology strategy into its next chapter.
At Travelport, Andrew is the engineering force behind TripServices, the company’s AI-native API platform and the centrepiece of its product strategy. TripServices replaces decades-old legacy APIs with a modern, cloud-native architecture built for the era of agentic commerce: dramatically reducing integration complexity, accelerating search and booking performance, and providing the structured, real-time data layer that AI-powered travel experiences depend on. Under Andrew’s technical leadership, Travelport is building the infrastructure that will define how travel is bought, serviced, and personalised at scale.
