Charlotte Delafosse is the Sales Director for Northern Europe at Navan, a leading corporate travel and expense management platform. In this role, she oversees sales strategy and execution across the region, driving revenue growth and expanding Navan’s market presence.

Charlotte combines her deep expertise with a strong background in technology and hospitality to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.

Before joining Navan, Charlotte held positions at Cybereason and Human security, global cybersecurity firms, where she led business development efforts, and in the luxury hospitality sector, including roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Accor.

She holds a bachelor degree from the École hôtelière de Lausanne. Charlotte is recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams and foster strong client relationships through strategic insight and commercial acumen.
