James Lemon is Global Lead for Hospitality, Travel & High Growth Industries at Stripe, where he helps leading brands use payments as a strategic lever to improve guest experience, increase conversion and authorisation, and build smarter operations. He also leads Stripe’s thought leadership on Agentic Commerce, exploring how AI agents, programmable money and real-time payments will reshape travel. Alongside Stripe, James is a Board member at 1 Wimpole Street, the hospitality venue of the Royal Society of Medicine. Previously, he spent 15 years in travel, including founding Otolo, serving as COO of Hostmaker, holding commercial and strategy roles at IHG and Travelport, and speaks at major industry events globally.
