Jason Cincotta is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kismet, the direct booking platform helping independent hotels and short-term rentals reach guests in AI shopping. Before Kismet, Jason spent 14 years as a real estate developer and principal at The Cincotta Co., where he designed, built, and opened hotels and rental properties. He serves on Marriott's Joint Advisory Board for Autograph Collection and Tribute Portfolio, the company's soft-branded collections. Jason founded Kismet with the conviction that AI-mediated travel planning will reshape lodging distribution the way OTAs did in the 1990s, and that independent operators deserve the technical infrastructure needed to compete in this emerging channel. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a Feldberg Fellow, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Pomona College.
