Ever since joining, Jason has expanded the business into new destinations worldwide such as French Polynesia, Japan and Antartica and, thanks to his digital-first and AI strategies, Wayfairer has seen a significant increase in customer demand from the US market.  

Jason’s previous roles include Vice President of Logistics and Network Transformation at Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation solutions. During his time there, Jason played a pivotal role in optimising logistics operations and spearheading transformative initiatives to enhance the company's global network efficiency.
