Kate Xiong-Britton serves as Market Director for Accommodations in Northern Europe and International Chains at Trip.com Group, based in the company's London office. She oversees hotel partnerships across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordic countries, driving the strategic growth of the Accommodation Business Unit in the region.

With over a decade of experience in the hotel and travel industry, Kate brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. As Trip.corn's first employee in Europe, she was instrumental in establishing its regional presence and setting the stage for continued growth across key markets.

Prior to joining Trip.com, Kate spent ten years at The Langham, London, where she led sales and busi­ ness development for the Asia market. She also gained early experience in hospitality communications as part of the Public Relations team at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai.

Originally from Chongqing, China, Kate holds a Master's degree in Professional Communication from the University of Sydney and has been based in London since 2006.
