With nearly 20 years of international experience across tourism, travel operations, and travel technology, she has worked with tourism businesses around the world helping them grow, modernise, and adapt to a rapidly changing industry. 

Before joining Tourplan, Klaudija held senior leadership roles at TUI Group and has worked closely with tour operators, DMCs and tourism boards across multiple markets on digital transformation, customer experience, product development, and commercial strategy. Known for combining strong industry knowledge with a practical, people-first approach, she is passionate about the future of travel technology, building stronger industry communities, and creating travel experiences that feel more meaningful and connected.
