Matthijs joined Mews with over 10 years’ experience working for the Hilton Group, one of the world’s largest hotel chains. Matthijs brings a vast knowledge of the sector and an understanding of the flaws in the current technology systems offered to hotel management. Matthijs’ inspiration to co-found Mews came from experiencing these shortfalls firsthand and he is a firm believer in the power of technology to change the hotel industry for the better. Matthijs holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Hotelschool The Hague.
