Rachel is Director of Insight at ETOA. ETOA is a trade association for European travel, working with members and partners towards Better Tourism in Europe. She works with a range of partners to provide and comment on tourism trends, insight and opinion. She runs the ETOA Insight Hub, a one-stop shop for travel industry insight and thought leadership. Prior to ETOA, she worked in consumer analytics and educational travel.
