Make sure you can easily find your way around the show and connect with other attendees by downloading our official app.

This year, TravelTech Show has partnered with ExPoPlatform as the official event app. It's where you can access your online meetings diary and arrange 1-2-1 appointments.

The official show app will allow you to:

Book 1-2-1 meeting exhibitors
Plan your event experience
Engage in session Q&A
Network via instant chat and video calls
Navigate the show floor

The app will be live soon. We'll send an email to everyone who's registered to let them know when it's ready.

When will I get access to the app?

You will receive a login email with the necessary instructions closer to the show.

Is there a guide to the app?

The guide will be available to view once the app has launched.

What are the appointment time slots, and how long is each appointment?

The appointment slots are on 25 June between 10:00 - 17:30 BST and on 26 June between 10:00 - 16:50 BST. Each appointment slot is 20 mins long.

Can a meeting location be changed?

Once booked it cannot be changed. To change the location you will need to cancel the appointment and rebook.
