TravelTech Show is free to attend for travel technology specialists involved in or responsible for the technology within their travel business and consultants who help travel businesses select technology solutions.
If you do not directly purchase technology for your business, you will need to buy a pass to attend the show.

BUYER
TravelTech Show is free for buyers of travel technology, subject to approval. Suppliers must purchase a visitor pass if they wish to attend. The TravelTech team has the final right to accept or deny any registration.
You will get access to:

If you do not directly purchase technology for your business, you will need to buy a pass to attend the show or become an exhibitor.
Rates:
£750 + VAT between 1 April - 18 June.
£899 + VAT onsite at TravelTech Show (19-20 June 202424).

If your company/ business is exhibiting at TravelTech Show please contact your stand manager who will register you via the e-zone once it is live.
Press
If you are a member of the press and would like to attend TravelTech Show, you will need to contact a member of our PR team.
Corporate travel managers, meeting planners and procurement/sourcing professionals who are responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings programme should register for Business Travel Show Europe for free.
