TravelTech Show is free to attend for travel technology specialists involved in or responsible for the technology within their travel business and consultants who help travel businesses select technology solutions.
Suppliers must purchase a visitor pass if they wish to attend. The TravelTech team has the final right to accept or deny any registration.

Who can register for TravelTech Show?
Free Buyer Registration is available to travel technology specialists who are directly involved in or responsible for technology within their travel business, as well as consultants who help travel businesses select technology solutions. All buyer registrations are subject to approval by the TravelTech team, who reserve the right to accept or decline any application. If you do not directly purchase technology for your organisation, you will need to purchase a Non-Buyer Visitor pass or exhibit to attend.
How do I register as a Buyer?
Buyer registration is free but subject to approval. To qualify, complete the online registration form and our team will review your submission. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email granting free entry. If not approved, you’ll be sent a link to purchase a ticket.
What if I’m not a technology buyer?
If you do not directly purchase travel technology for your business, you must register as a Non-Buyer Visitor or become an exhibitor. Non-Buyer Visitor Rates: £699 + VAT – Before 31 March 2026 / £850 + VAT – From 1 April 2026 / £999 + VAT – On-site (24–25 June 2026). Please note, this ticket type does not include access to the appointment platform. You will not be able to view buyers or book meetings with buyers. If you wish to have access to the 1-2-1 meeting features, please get in contact with our sales team about exhibiting.
I'm a supplier, how can I attend?
Suppliers must either exhibit at the show, or purchase a Non-Buyer Visitor pass. Exhibitors receive access to the appointment platform and can book meetings with approved buyers.
How does the appointment platform work?
Approved buyers and exhibitors can search, filter and connect with relevant companies before the event. Meetings are pre-booked in advance, allowing you to arrive with a schedule of confirmed appointments. Please note: Non-Buyer Visitor passes do not include access to this platform.
