The floorplan is updated regularly so, remember to check it out for any updates before planning your route!
Easier to find exhibitors
- Floorplan numbering has been simplified so that no matter where you are in the show, it will be easier to know where you are and get to where you want to be.
- Stand numbers will start from A-Z and correspond with the aisle they can be located at. Overhead A-Z banners will denote aisles.
- For designed stands where it has traditionally been harder to see a stand number, the stand number will be displayed on floor tiles on the open sides.
- Still need help? Ask for it at the manned Info Points, situated at the entrance to the shows – we’re always happy to point the way or take you to your destination.
Planning your visit and getting around at the show
- The show app, Swapcard, will have an interactive floorplan built in to help navigate whilst at the show.
- There will be no printed floorplans as part of our sustainability promise. Instead, attendees will be encouraged to download the show app. This will show all 3 events together.
How to know where you are within the 3 co-located shows
(TravelTech Show, The Meetings Show and Business Travel Show Europe)
- Carpet colour will help to distinguish which show you are in:
- TTS – Blue/teal
- Business Travel Tech Zone – orange (this zone sits between the Business Travel Show Europe and TTS)
- Business Travel Show Europe – red
- The Meetings Show – navy
- Shell scheme stand fascia colours will match each show:
- TTS – Blue/teal
- Business Travel Tech Zone – orange (this zone sits between the Business Travel Show Europe and TTS)
- Business Travel Show Europe – red and black
- The Meetings Show – navy
- Features and theatres - purple
- As you reach the crossover points in a show, floor tiles will tell you which show you will be entering.
