TravelTech Show takes place during Event Wellbeing Week (22–28 June), and EventWell are on-site across both days with spaces and support designed to help you get the most from the show. That includes a SensoryCalm™ Quiet Room for when you need to pause and reset, The CalmHub for short drop-in sessions and quiet moments, and EventWell Buddies - trained volunteers on hand throughout both days as a friendly face and signpost to any support you might need. SensoryCalm™ Quiet Room
Take a moment to relax and refresh your mind, and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the show floor in this safe and quiet space, tucked away on the show floor.
It's the perfect place to calm and regulate your sensory and nervous systems, decompress, and find respite, with noise-cancelling headsets, fidgets, weighted blankets, meditation headsets, colouring tools, puzzles, books and magazines at your disposal.
An EventWell Host will be on hand to make everyone feel welcome and offer support if needed. EventWell hosts are mental health and neurodiversity trained.
