We're delighted to partner with Nipperbout Event Childcare to offer a fully staffed crèche for families attending the event. Space permitting, the crèche will also be available for drop-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, the crèche will close daily for lunch between 13:15 and 14:00.

TravelTech Show takes place during Event Wellbeing Week (22–28 June), and EventWell are on-site across both days with spaces and support designed to help you get the most from the show. That includes a SensoryCalm™ Quiet Room for when you need to pause and reset, The CalmHub for short drop-in sessions and quiet moments, and EventWell Buddies - trained volunteers on hand throughout both days as a friendly face and signpost to any support you might need. Using advanced AI recognition technology, participants can securely access personalised event galleries directly from their smartphones, helping turn memorable moments into instantly shareable experiences.

Following the event, attendees will also be able to log in and use AI-powered photo recognition to instantly find and download every photo they appear in, all within a secure, private gallery experience.
