Professional crèche services

Delivered in partnership with event childcare specialist Nipperbout, a crèche will be available for delegates attending the event on 24-25 June 2026 at Excel London and will welcome children of all ages, from babies and toddlers through to teenagers, and will also include a dedicated breastfeeding and nappy changing area.
Staffed at all times by qualified Nipperbout childcare professionals, the Ofsted-accredited service will be located in the North Gallery Rooms 10 & 11, just moments away from the main show floor, and is expected to accommodate between 10 and 15 children.

EventWell

Relax and refresh your mind, or simply take a break from the hustle and bustle of the show floor. The EventWell team will be on hand to support Business Travel Show Europe attendees by offering a safe space and special assistance to help you navigate the event if you need it. EventWell hosts are mental health and neurodiversity trained.

Using advanced AI recognition technology, participants can securely access personalised event galleries directly from their smartphones, helping turn memorable moments into instantly shareable experiences.
Following the event, attendees will also be able to log in and use AI-powered photo recognition to instantly find and download every photo they appear in, all within a secure, private gallery experience.
